- How To Use - Put a flamethrower gun (with 4 no. burner) in nozzle pipe of this furnace and place clay graphite crucible inside the furnace with the metal you want to melt , now cover the upper part of furnace with plate and turn on the gas of the gun and start fire, the metal will be melt in 15-20 minutes.
1. This furnace can not melt Copper, Iron, Steel like hard materials.
2. This furnace can melt Gold, Silver, Brass, Aluminum Materials
3. For Aluminum, The capacity will be very less according to its mass, like if the capacity of the furnace is 3 kg than you can melt only 600 to 700 gms of aluminum in that 3 kg capacity furnace.
4. Use only High Pressure Regulator adaptor and high pressure hose pipe (industrial regulator and hose pipe) for this furnace, Domestic Adaptor and hose pipe will not work in this furnace
